After site inspection in Rama IX area, I strongly believe the potential of this area. It is going to be a new CBD with high potential in the future.

Moreover, I found that, in this zone, the sky train, underground (Blue line) and Airport Link are provided. Besides, there are two major roads connected to this area which are Asok-Dindaeng Rd. and Jaturatit Rd. The area is close to expressway which allows the people living here to travel to the other area more conveniently and faster.

Important focus on this area is that many major buildings and modern offices are located such as Central Rama IX, Fortune, Show DC, also G Tower, Uniliver Tower. Furthermore, in the future, there will be a tallest building of the country named Super Tower.

It is close to many reputable hospitals such as Praram 9 Hospital, etc. It is close to educational institutes such as Srinakharinwirot university, Satit Prasarnmit Demonstration School of which I am an alumni.

If we carefully observe this area, we can see that there are more and more foreigners living and travelling here, particularly, Japanese, Taiwanese, Korean and Singaporean travellers. This is a very good signal to buy a real estate for renting out.
