After site inspection in Rama IX area, I strongly believe the potential of this area. It is going to be a new CBD with high potential in the future. There is exciting project to be sold in this November named Life in Asok-Rama IX Rd. as the price per sq. m. is only 110,000 Baht while the price of many other projects is almost 2 times higher than this project. It is the reason why I inspected this area more seriously!

I found that this project is very interesting as it is located in 300 meters from the sky train (Blue line, Rama IX station) and only 500 meters from Airport link (Makkasan station). It is connected to Asok-Dindaeng Rd. and Jaturatit Rd. and this project is close to expressway which allows the people living here to travel to the other area more conveniently and faster.

Important focus on this area is that many major buildings and modern offices are located such as Central Rama IX, Fortune, Show DC, also G Tower, Uniliver Tower. Furthermore, in the future, there will be a tallest building of the country named Super Tower. It is close to many reputable hospitals such as Praram 9 Hospital, etc. It is also close to educational institutes such as Srinakharinwirot university, Satit Prasarnmit Demonstration School of which I am an alumni.

Facilities are fully provided in common area with 6,800-square-meter garden and green zone for relaxing. For rooftop facility, there are 3 huge swimming pools that you can enjoy swimming while appreciating a nice Bangkok view. This seems very enjoyable. Besides, fitness centers are provided in 2 floors. There are 3 spots in the building that you can enjoy a nice view as well.

Another high-tech feature provided is modern Home Automation. For those working at home, they have a huge Co-working space with Internet service in common area. It allows you to work conveniently without going anywhere.

Which unit should I chose? The layout of many units here are well designed and suitable for living. They have 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom studios with wide windows. It makes the people living feel comfortable. In the kitchen, the odor removal system is provided with closed layout to avoid the problem with odor and be easily cleaned.

The project is composed of 2 buildings named 1) Tower A containing 1,298 Units close to Asok-Dindaeng Rd.; here you can joy the view of Rama IX and Makkasan, 300 meters to Sky train, and Tower B that is located next to the first building. There you can enjoy the view of Makkasin , Rama IX and Dindaeng areas.

The important thing to know is that the price of Tower B is lower than Tower A. About common area lay-out, there are luxurious Drop off area, 2-floor Co-working space and 2 shops; one of them is Family Mart for sure and another shop will be closed to Tower B. You don’t have to walk very far to get to the shop. It depends on your investment preference as the interesting features of these 2 buildings are quite the same.

Many students ask about my opinion on this project. I think it is suitable for those who like modern and convenient living and a good quality of life at the heart of the city with reasonable price. The price tends to be higher in the future.

If we carefully observe this area, we can see that there are more and more foreigners living and travelling here, particularly, Japanese, Taiwanese, Korean and Singaporean travellers. This is a very good signal to buy a real estate for renting out. If you are interested in this project, I suggest you inspect the project by yourselves so as to gain more details.
